I would like to find out about this matter, my dad could not get of work any earlier to have the car serviced (2 year service) and my mom is sick so my dad took of specially to bring in the vehicle today 06/02/2014! And someone refused to help my dad because I thick his like 6 days late and what him to go back on 30 000kilos and pay almost R3000.00 for the next service, I think this is poor service!! just to make some cash... if I don't get feed back I will take this matter to the ombudsman. so if someone can please get back to me regarding this matter to please try and help me and explain more to me. P.S - I am not trying to make an excuse for my dad but please he does not have R3000.00 for this few day that he could not get off at work...
