I have a huge concern with this company. On 13/9/12
They accused me of not submitting all the required photos.

Again they accused me of not having the correct branding on the vehicle.

When I tried to submit my photos again, I was denied access to the website. A message appeared saying that my account had been cancelled. I then called their client care to query the issue. Client care then told me that they could not tell me what the issue was as they also did not have access to see what was happening as the account had been cancelled. I then phoned again and spoke to the receptionist who then emailed me the statement, which indicated that the reason for cancelling my account was that I defaulted for 3 months, however on the statement I have only defaulted for 2 months which I have also been investigating and have not been assisted since. I was advised that only the project manager by the name of Kugan can assist me with this matter. I have emailed and phoned him several times and stil no response. I am disgusted with this poor service and dishonesty.
