Renault South Africa
Damaged goods comes with a bad attitude

On 14 December 2013 I received a brand new Renault Clio IV dynamic. While still in the process of taking delivery we notice my drivers window had a chip out of it we took pictures and informed trudie the sales lady she said she will put in a warranty claim. To my horror I had the misfortune of getting a flat tyre and when I went to go and get the tools to change the tyre I notice that I had a tool missing something that is necessary for a woman to change her own tyre. Well I have had it on Monday the 3rd of February 2014 I contacted Renault to ask for the missing tool and to ask about the claim. Trudie informed her dp that the claim had been put thru in January and this was told to me over the phone by the dp bill but funny when I went to nelspruit Renault in January they checked the system only to find nothing was on the system. I was promised by the dp bill that I would have my missing tool by the 4th of February and today is the 5th. People don't ever buy a car from that dealership they still owe me for the fact that I have had to licence my own car and that was a paid for service that cost an additional R3500.00.
