Bad Service, No Feedback & Empty Promises

On 27/11/2012, I took possession of a 2011 Koleos but I feel like bringing it back and cancelling the deal. Upon receiving the vehicle it had no ashtray, no cigarette lighter, the back table missed a, the license expired on 31/12/2011 and the spare key was with Renault SA. They fixed the ashtray and loose table, issued me with a permit and said they'll call me once they got the license and the key; never received that call and had to follow-up myself. I also noticed that the rear back tyre was flat and had to inflate it almost every other day. I then took the car to have the tyres checked. The right back tyre was punctured and couldn't be fixed. I was informed that I would need to have the tyres replaced due to the amount of tred left: RF-7mm, RB-3mm, LF-3mm & LB-5mm; no one at the dealer could explain this inconsistency. The used car sales manager then promised me that they would refund me the R7858; since then he had story upon story. First the DP had to approve it, then Renault SA had to approve it and now it is their acc dept. Never go to Renault Centurion; the service is bad, they never come back to you and they are full of empty promises.
