Poor car service

I took my car for the 100 000km service in March 2013 and got a slip that all fluid levels were topped up. My car broke down on the 26th of January 2014 after travelling about 10 000km and will be due for service again at 120 000km. My car was towed to Ford Motomid in Middelburg where they examined the car and found the following:
1.No transmission oil found on gearbox
2.No cracks found on gearbox
3.Gears were turning blue
4.Clutch plate damaged and wet because of slave cylinder leaking
Because of this the car needs a gearbox and clutch replacement and that amounts to about R20000. I contacted Fury Ford Midrand service manager and he said he will not take responsibility, I then asked asked where could the oil dissapeared to because the gearbox never leaked and there were no signs of cracks on it. He then claimed it might have evaporated but from the science i know oil cannot evaporate.
