1 year and still full of excuses

I bought a car at L&J motors almost a year ago and was told to come back after a few days for my warranty booklet.

After a lot of excuses and empty promises i am still without my warranty book and i am sick of hearing " ill email it to you tomorrow" for a year now.

really bad service
