On the 24th July 2013 I took my car to the only remaining Citroen dealership west of Johannesburg, and not only was the service spectacular (Janique was nothing short of wonderful!) BUT I got into my car & got the best suprise of the week: my radio had been fixed. I've spent upward of 2 years travelling in a car without a functioning radio (as in no sound at all - not even switching on); I was advised by the previous dealership which serviced my car (in the South) that I would have to replace the fixture at the whopping cost of approximately R6, 000.00! So you can imagine my gleeful surprise when I switched my car on & heard my radio working. So this is really just to say "Thank You" to the team at Citroen West Rand (especially Janique). I look forward to getting in touch with you again. I really, REALLY appreciate the great service.
