In Nov '12 I bought a Jurgens Camp Lite from Kennis Caravans. When I phoned Jan, he was very helpful, but the moment I transferred the money into their account, the story changed.
He promised delivery that never happened, and after numerous phone calls I was finally able to pick up the trailer the day before I left on holiday. There was a lot of faults on the trailer as well as rust. They fitted a drawer system, that didn't match any ammo boxes available. After waiting a couple of hours, they promised that they would repair everything when I returned.
I phoned numerous times from Feb '13 with promises of call backs that never happened. I finally took the trailer in without appointment on 29 Jul. The job card was completed. 2 Months later (end of Aug) I went to pick up the trailer, and only one problem was fixed. I took it back in Nov '13, and two weeks later, the problems was still not fixed, in fact, they messed up the finish of the nose cone completely!
I'm tired of phoning them, since they never phone back. I have to travel 160 km each time to take it in for repairs, that never happens. I have always handled the situation politely, clearly they don't respect values
