GARAGE MOTORS NOT WORKING - STILL WANTS MONEY

Two months ago I requested that Blits Electrical install lights, switches, plugs and a garage motor for my existing garage doors in my new home.
The light installation went well and payment for the lights, switches and plugs were made.
The garage motor however was a complete failure. In the two months I've lived there, the owner, Adriaan, has made 6 trips back to my house, two of which I was not home for. The garage doors opened about 10cm from the ground, at which point I would have to get out of my car, close them, then pull them as they opened. The doors also opened askew which I requested to be fixed, but never was.
I live by myself and opted for automated doors for safety reasons. Getting out of the car at night obviously was not safe and the doors did not serve their purpose.
Today, 4 September 2013 I finally requested that they either fix the motor/doors permanently or remove the motor. They opted to remove the motor, which tells me that they knew that the motor was not sufficient.
After removal I received an email from Cindy in which they had the audacity to request that we deliver their remotes and R400.00 for installation of the plug.
This is absolutely disgusting!
