BAD service all round

We did a trade in with kia, we gave in a Gwm Hover 2.5 tci (working condition) for a Kia Proceed, it took kia over 3months to this deal. They invoiced us an X ammount and promised to give us cash back for 2 months payment back after we did the trade in. 1ce they received the Gwm they said it was not working when we had the car it was in Perfect condition, the kia proceed has faults which we have to sort out due to there lack of words. Kia imperial select Northcliff are full of empty promises, worst dealers to do car dealings with. It took over 3 months to complete a deal. When we ask for the money they promised us, they say the Gwm is not working and with the same money they owe us they goin to fix the Gwm. How do we know if they liying to us or not. We we're promised smash and grab on the car but nothing has been done. They gave us a car with a radio that is not working an the car is like new. They are so full of. We keep mailing or calling them. They dnt reply mails or take our calls. This is a lot of money we spending an this is how we get treated as a customer. They even told us to pick up the car 1wkend, &the car was not it working order, we based in Kzn & they in jh
