My elderly father-in-law was looking for a reliable, reasonable 2nd hand automatic car for his daughter to transport him in because he is struggling to drive his manual car. He phoned a lot of dealerships to no avail. He tried Imperial Select once more and spoke to Deirdre who couldn't help him immediately. She remembered him when a suitable car came in for trade-in. She even drove it to his house for him to look at it. The deal was sealed and we fetched the car (in mint condition and with all the little details seen to) and were even presented with a big bunch of flowers! What a good experience.
