1 June I signed off the purchase of my new car. 12 June I finally recieved it after the promise of having it serviced and 'touched up'. 3 days later, the car blew a gasket and had to be towed back to the garage.
9 July, the car was ready for collection. but a day later, i picked up an idling problem and the car couldn't reverse without swtiching off. back into the garage after 9 days after being reported. They forgot about me I assume.
I was promised that this will be a day job, therefore due to my unavailability for the specific day, I dropped my car off at the branch on the 22 July.
Today is the 2 August. 9 working days after. I once again was promised it back last Wednesday.
I would love to have cancelled the deal but due to the car already being settled, I couldn't. It's too late and i regret the purchase.
After 2 months of signing for the car, i have had it for little over two weeks and yet i'm paying for it every month.

I am really disappointed and I will not recommend anyone to purchase from the Imperial Group.
So many promises made and Imperial Select have not delivered. I only get excuses and heartache.
