I was forced to buy a licence when I wanted to buy a tv "cause the system to check was off line"
So I did but I was staying with my father at the time and he was already paying a licence this morning I get another phone call from sabc saying I owe them R1300 but the last time they called they said the will cancel it and move on since I explained the situation to them. Still nothing was done.
I refuse to pay this amount of money for a tv that I was forced to buy a licence and went as far as to cancel it just to play my xbox.
There was a paid residential tv licence why do I then also need to pay? is it a new per tv thing???
Now I have this debt collector phone me this morning trying to be all funny and
