SABC UNABLE TO CANCEL MY TELEVISION LICENCE AS REQ

I have repeatedly asked SABC to cancel the television licence of my father, who is a pensioner and has moved into my home. Since I maintain a licence for the televisions in my home, he simply no longer needs one. However, he continues to be disturbed with bills and communications from SABC. For senior citizens these can be distressing. PLEASE ENSURE that he is removed from the system.
