I purchased a lawnmower in December 2012. I took it for it's first annual service in December 2013. Ever since then, the lawnmower has been defective. I've taken it back 3 times and every time i do, they blame me and my gardener for not using it correctly. Upon disagreeing, the manager hung up on me.
You cannot tell me that after a year of no problems, that now we are using it incorrectly! They simply cannot admit that they have introduced a fault on the machine and cannot fix it.
