I bought a Chevy Utility 1.8 from Barloworld in Centurion. I discovered a water leak behind the passenger seat. On the first service (15 000km) I mentioned that to the Centurion branch. Their response was that the back window was faulty and they ordered a new one, they would phone me once delivered. After numerous calls with no luck regarding fixing the leak I went back to them for my 30 000km service and complaint again about the leak and again they said that the part is on order. Three weeks later I went to them again and their response was that the part was delivered but they send it back as the issue must be repaired by PG Auto Glass. They will make an appointment and inform me accordingly. Needless to say this never happened.

So on the 45 000km service I tried out the Menlyn branch hoping to get better service. After service was done they informed me that the back window must be replaced, this was on order and will be available within three days. Since then almost four weeks has gone by and still no feedback from them.

I found this very unprofessional and will for sure never buy anything from Barloworld.
