Hyundai Bedfordview - Terrible Customer Service

I took my car in for service at the beginning of September 2013, of which I needed a certain part replaced on my steering wheel. When I collected my car, they advised that this steering wheel part needs to be ordered and that the Parts Service department will call me soon to advise when it will be available, then I wil have to book my car in again.

I then asked how long can I expect for them to order this part and have it in stock, and the Service lady said, "About two weeks at max." Its been 8 weeks and I STILL HAVE NOT heard anything from Hyundai, not a phone call, not anything. Are they waiting for me to call them? Is that client service?

In addition, out of interest, I emailed the Parts Service Department two weeks ago to find out "how long would it take for them to order a steering wheel part like this" and the manager forwarded my mail to his employee, of which, he did not respond to until I followed up to my mail this morning.

Really? Talk about "amazing" service. This is the second time I've dealt with this branch and both experiences have been appaling. Actually, its gone from bad to worse. Are they waiting for my warranty to end before they do something..
