DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am horrified at the service meted out at Tata Pinetown, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and as for their warranty policy I am even more mystified. If a part is broken and it is a warranty part it must be replaced immediately one should not have to wait for approval. Why must I wait for a new gear boot, the clip broke, the car is still under warranty and should have been replaced no questions asked. They also need to jack up their customer drop off, and no pick up service, they can get you to work but you must find your own way back, what if a person cannot. A car takes minimum 4 hours to be washed in the wash bay also an absurdity. Please Tata find me another service center I don't want to be jerked around again, who is going to pay my wages and petrol money come the time you finally give approval for a piece of plastic and fake leather??? I hope you will because I am not losing another cent on petrol coming to you for lousy shoddy service and I know I am not the only one complaining about this...
