Beware of Carmatrix Car, Aircon and Repai

I thought let me give them another try. Deon collected my wife's X5 for aircon fault finding as it was not working. He charged R550 for the fault finding which I paid. He told me that the wires are all messed up, controllers blown, the wrong fan is installed which does not even belong to the vehicle. In summary, the whole aircon is buggered and he will have to replace it. The new fan alone would cost R8000. He also told me that he did a diagnostics on the vehicle itself and that it hade 13 errors which needs fixing. The whole car is buggered! When trying to open the driver door to get in I found the handle broken! I could not get in and had to open the window to open the door from the inside! I decided to take the vehicle to Club Motors Fountains for a 2nd opinion.

Club Motors:
a) confirmed that the door handle was broken due to attempts to force it open while still locked. They replaced the handle at a cost of R2098.22

b) they noticed that the aircon gas was low and refilled it. The aircon worked 100%. They also discovered the reason for the gas los which was repaired under warrantee.

Deon of Carmatrix refuses to refund me for his bogus fault finding and broken door handle.
