I sent my car in to VW Barons, N1 City to get the brakes checked out as they had a wobble. I knew the reason for this was that the brakes had NEVER been replaced and it was on 40 000km. This vehicle is covered by Motorplan and I expected this to have been done to avoid any issues.
I received a call stating that my car had been driven into by one of the wash bay guys and that it was another customers GTi that had been involved (which subsequently hit a pole).
I would have to follow up with VW myself as they communicate NOTHING. I got to the panelshop to match paints several days later and they had the incorrect bumper (VW error). So the waiting game continues...
The next excuse I hear is that they received half the bumper (no diffuser). So the waiting game continues...
Now I hear days later that the bumper which was sent is bent and may not fit/work as a result (VW error). The wait continues...
How much longer do I need to wait in order to receive MY car, which THEY damaged?
The service received to date is disgusting as this should be THEIR priority as THEY damaged the vehicle.
I believe they are a company that doesn't respond, so I shouldn't expect much from this.
