Still waiting on refund

Good day

I bought a new car in November through just group and have been driving my required 2000 km per month.
i load my photo's on time and i even send in my request for refund in November as i took a days leave to go and register the vehicle. I don't even get a reply on my emails... i think i will remove my sticker from my car as i have been paying my normal installments every month. You guys don't have problem with deducting my premiums but quick to find fault with everything.
