I really thought no company in this country could be as bad as TELKOM but then, compared to SANRAL, every company and organisation is just simply brilliant!
What is the point in promising via HelloPeter.com to get back to a complainant within 4 working days when this is simply not true??? It is time Nazir Ally is being kicked out from SANRAL as he should shoulder the responsibility for one huge mess while SANRAL itself should be dismantled and their tasks being taken over by national, provincial and municipal traffic departments. Surely this would safe more than what any e-toll in this country could ever hope to raise. One more thing though, why do users like fully loaded taxis get away for free when occasional or daily users are hammered with financial demands that are totally over the top?
