No Feedback on issue

I sent a e-mail through to Big boy on the 22/1/2014 and as yet have had no response. On purchasing a bike through Bike Boy, the stickers were not of standard. This was mentioned to big boy and they advised that these would be replaced. We have been trying to establish when they would get in stock, but the branch tell us that they are waiting on Head office. Sending the mail to the help line does not help, as they do not bother getting back to you!!!
