CALLED SANRAL AS WE COULD NOT ACCESS OUR ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE. I WAS TOLD THAT I'D NEED TO LOG A CALL FOR THE "FAULT". THE SAME "FAULT" MOST OF SOUTH AFRICA IS NOW EXPERIENCING IF I LOOK AT THE REST OF THE COMPLAINTS LAID AGAINST SANRAL.

THE RESPONSE TIME IS 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS.
