I have tried to place an online order multiple times. Unfortunately your website won't allow me to sign up. On the last step of the sign up, the request crashes with the following error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error). This JSON request, fails silently, leaving a customer unable to complete the process and also unaware of the fact that the submission failed.
This problem goes back months. I don't in fact know if your online order system ever functioned. I don't know who created this system for you, but they should be shot. Errors on the site is either not tracked or they are simply being ignored. This is really pathetic.
