Terrible Online Banking Site!!

Ever since the new FNB Online Banking Website came out its been nothing but downhill, at first it was small things that i didn't bother about. Then came the part where i couldn't do a single transfer or payment at a time, after that the wesite AUTOMATICLY LOGGES ME OUT while I'm busy with important things, then upon attempting to logg back in the website doesn't fully load or doesn't load at all... a few days later until now i attempted to PHONE them i tried to put a complaint in... upon doing so the website now only allows a minimum of characters which doesn't allow me to type most number or letters in anywhere... and to top it all of, I NEVER RECIEVE OTP ANYMORE!!! I cant buy me Electricity, Airtime OR anything!!! The fact that a person cant even get through is More frustrating but i have had enough of this horrible website!!! CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW I CAN ALTEAST GET MY OTP!
