Dear SCAMRAL,

firstly your website is slow and takes ages to load which is downright silly as you "tested" the system for 3 years. Your call centre puts you on hold after every question to run it past the team leader and i can go on...

secondly please explain how the system sees a volkswagen transporter as a B class vehicle and not a class A2. The funny part is that some gates sees it as A2 others as B class.

You use eNatis to get information for each vehicle which would give you an idea of the size, weigh and axles yet the so called state of the art system cannot get this one right.

I also didnt receive any invoices for my vehicles during the 7 day grace period and only received your VPC copy invoices and statements 2 weeks after the so called cut of date on the statement. Now you expect me to pay double for your lack of project management..
