SANRAL has billed both my wife and myself for the incorrect vehicle class on our class A2 vehicles. I have supplied the correct and relevant details to them in a registered letter as well as tried to do it in person going to their Modderfontein branch. I am no longer willing to go to their offices to sort out THEIR BS BILLING SYSTEM. If they want to fix anything now they can come to me. I have done my bit. Now it is their chance to wake up and smell the coffee...
