This was the worst service I have ever received in all my years dealing with a car company. My vehicle stood there for 4 days and they had to fix numerous problems on this car that I bought at this dealer that they said wil be fixed.
When I aventualy reveived my car back from this workshop hardly any work was done on it. Gave my car in and they drove with it over 130km. I receive my car back stating that I could drive less than 10km before I'm going to stand without diesel.
I phoned the workshop manager (Johan Roos) and his reply to me was that I have to bring in the vehicle once again for them to sort it out. This will be the forth time taking in this car!! They used my car to drop me off and pick me up several times and when I asked why Johan Roos told me that they only have 1 car and 1 driver and that there is nothing he can do about it!
Think this is a shame to say, but wil not recomend any of my friends, family or work colleges to do any business with them in the future!
Very unhappy customer and sure that I'm not the first!
