If I could I would remove my previous report because Rip Curl has apologized to me, and done everything possible to make me happy and keep me warm again in the water. The manager met with me personally and explained the whole situation to me. Unfortunately there was a lot of miscommunication, and being a customer having no idea what was going on, I was extremely frustrated and unhappy with them. I would like to thank them for their response to my outcry and making things right. My new wetsuit is without a doubt a million times better than the last one.
