Ought a car Hyundai Sonata in October last year, they gave it to me with an expired licence disc, no spare key, no service book, as a result i have a traffic fine because of their negligence, have been complaining about this ever since, I have requested that they send all those items to kia Alberton because its far for me to going over and over again to their branch, I have done so more than 5 times with no success, its one story after another, they don't respond, as it is I'm very frustrated by them, the manager is also not helpful, I'm fed up, please help.
