NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

I Bought a Hyundai Sonata from McCarthy Liver lakes. The Vehicle did not had a spare key so McCarthy arranged with Menlyn Hyundai to order a new key and also made an appointment for the cutting and coding of the key. I went all the way from Vereening where I live to get the coding done. Upon arival Jacky didnt know about the appointment until I start to fight with them then she saw the Job card on her desk. She told me that the process will take about 3 hours. So I went to Menlyn Shopping Centre and waited there at a restaurant. 4 hours later I went back to Hyundai Menlyn just to discover that NOTHING has been done. I phoned Hyundai Head office to lay a formal complaint against Menlyn Branch, This all happened about three weeks ago, I asked them that Menlyn should send the Job card to Vereenging Hyundai in order for me to get my spare key coded. Menlyn also received the money for the work but they refuse to give it back.. If I do not get an answer asap from Menlyn I will take this to the highest level possible. I am sick and tired of people who are to incompetend to do their job!!! Jacky is an absolute disgrace for an employee.. Mr J Britz
