Saturday a stone chipped my windscreen. I drove straight to PG Glass. It was 5 past 12. No the guy said from PG Glass, we can not help you, we close at 12, anyway that chip on your windscreen is to far down and will crack under the repair work. I asked for another glass place. Oh no, he said, they all close at 11. I drove around the block and found Glasfit Centurion.By this time it is about 25 min past 12. They are closed (closing at 12 and not 11). Shayne looked at the chip and said he will repair it quickly. But you are closed, I said. No problem, he said, I will still help you. Then another client pitched up for the same problem Without hesitation, he offered his service to this client as well. Thank you Shayne, for walking that extra mile for me. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
