I paid (E-Wallet) on the 19/11/2013 for spare parts to Tinus Spies (From Vereeniging/Vanderbiylpark) who claimed that he will have it posted to me. Once he received the money he never delivered the goods. I have phoned him numerous times, but he ignore all phone calls and or correspondence. Should anybody know this person be careful. I have his physical address and will thus report the incident to the police against him for.
