I would like you to please see the below email trail with regards to spare parts I am waiting for, for my car. My car went into SMG BMW Durban on approximately the 15 July 2013. They needed to repair certain items that were damaged during a fender bender. Until now which is nearly 6 weeks later I am still waiting for them to complete the repair. I find this very disturbing that the repair is taking so long and the waiting time for spare parts can be delayed by so long. BMW is an part of the up market cars in South Africa but it would seem that the spares department is on the lower end of the scale.
Please can you investigate what is taking so long with regards to this repair and how much longer I am going to be inconvenienced by BMW not having spare parts in stock
