The driver of one of the Melvins Transport trucks drove into the back of a maroon nissan sedan. He accepted full responsibility. The company put the claim through to the insurance however the damages are alot higher than what they were prepaired to pay out. The company refuses to pay the difference even though they were the guilty party. The company will not even release the details of the owner after they were asked.
