This company has not done anything for me, yet they deduct my account. I paid off the initial fee for my issues to be attended to, and they couldn't get anything done. And they still deducting from my account, when I called to find out why this is done, I was referred to an individual called sipho who has no clue what customer care is. I requested to di-activate my account with them, and they sent me a skew questionnaire to fill in. I have since requested a straight document over 7 days ago, and have had no response..
