I paid money into the tv license by mistake. I lodged a query on the 8th of May 2013 for the money to be refunded. A month later the money has still not been refunded. Every time I call them they tell me that the money will be in my account the following week. This money was for my vehicle account and as a result I am 2 months in arrears and may end up losing the car!!
