Poor customer service

I have been calling vw polokwane (to book service for my car) for the 4th time today. every time i call they put me on hold and on friday the 10th of may they told me to leave my numbers and the will call me back even today im still waiting. this is for the 3rd time they promised to call me back and never did. i called them again today and they put me on hold still. VW POLOWANE YOUR SERVICE DESK!!!
