What a shame, False advertising

I am very at Sky-net, their staff are that will just to save their incompetence, they were suppose to deliver my business phone Monday 29/04/2013. no one called me nor pitched i get this call today 4 days later and the lady is claiming that they called me and couldn't come throw that's all bull and this is the second time Sky-net says something and they do the opposite.
