I contracted abacus gardens on two separate contracts, 1 for Landscaping for which they supplied half dead plants, second to build a water feature? they profess to build according to SABS 10400 building codes, yet they do not!.. when you challenge them on these issues, they start getting arrogant as to your knowledge of these issues and their OPS Manager Ryan will tell you he has been building for the past 15 years and does not need you to tell him how to build? all this in front of my Lawyer?..
