Study material that was dispatched from UNISA to SKYNET on the 10-01-2013 is yet to arrive, 19 days later. I've made a number of phone calls to them, and if its not later, its tomorrow. Last straw today when after they said they'll deliver in an hour, three hours after a no show, the phone is unanswered!
