Poor Customer Service

I've recieved some items I purchased online which were shipped through Aramex from India. My goods arrived at JNB yesterday. I was called in the morning asking for go ahead for clearance which I agreed. For one, the person who contacted me couldn't explain to me how the customs pricing would work. I phoned again and I was able to get an answer and was told to wait till this afternoon for an invoice to pay in order to recieve the goods. I called this morning again to find out about the progress, I wasnt given an estimate as to what timeframe to expect the invoice at., and seeing that I have to still pay the amount. I think its pretty ridiculous. These items are of religious importance and tried as far as possible to have them delivered before the 22/02/2013. I think Berco needs to be more efficient in informing people of procedures and with paperwork. Its abit riduculous not being given any idea as to how much you need pay or even just being notified as to whats going on! I need my items by tommorow and at the rate this is going i doubt i will get them on time. I havent even recieved the invoice yet!
