In my life I have never dealt with as much incompetence and non customer orientated people ever. Hazel at the call centre is rude, the drivers are rude, I'm still waiting to hear from management, bunch of rude incompetent service providers!! I'd bet I'll never ever get this type of service from Goodfellas or Roadtrip. Extremely unhappy about the way I was treated.
