This is regarding invoice 17921531 that was ordered on the 23/0513 then the order was shipped on the 08/06/13 to find that out of 49items of order that were supposed to be delivered I only got 12items when I went to pick up my order from the post office. I then called the Post office and they advised that only one track number was sent, which is TV417032480ZA. They advised that I should speak to Avon about this issue. I then called Avon and spoke to Tshepo and advised that my order had missing items on it and Tshepo advised that I should email him all the invoice for all the items I did not receive and those that I have received I should write TAKEN on the side. I then sent the invoice to Tshepo and a new invoice was created INV17977308 and delived to 3 Gergian crescent. I had paid for INV17921531 all the amount due and now I am getting sms to say my name has been listed in Credit bereux. I have escalated this issue to my district manager Marilize and who advised that this amount of R1385.69 was made because of the re-invoice of INV17977308. She advised that she will pass a credit note to the head office on the 26/06/13 and till today the 24/07/13 I still see this has not been done
