I have been talking to so many different people of Mccarthy Hatfield, but each one of them seems to give me the excuse that they will call me back in regards with my complaint about my empty service book and broken badge. It has been more than 2 weeks, and no call backs. We have talked to the Manager Conrad, but no service!!
