HI THERE, I'M A RESIDENCE AT A COMPLEX AND WE CURRENTLY CHANGED OUR ELECTRICITY METERING TO TRIPLE M. I PURCHASED ELECTRICITY ON GOOD FRIDAY FOR R100 AND GOT A RESPONSE BUT NO NUMBERS TO PUT IN THE METER BOX. I CALLED ELAINE WHO NEVER ANSWERS HER PHONE 98% OF THE TIME. SHE EXPLAINED THAT EVERY MONTH WE HAVE TO PAY R120 AND THEN PURCHASE ELECTRICITY THAT WE WILL USE FOR THE HOUSE. THEY CALL MEETINGS WHEN SOME OF US ARE NOT BACK FROM WORK AND YOU HEAR A LOT OF DIFFERENT STORIES ABT THE ELECTRICITY ISSUE DAT WE HV FROM PEOPLE. I PURCHASED ELECTRICITY FOR R200 LST WK ON DA 4TH OF APR AND NOW ITS FINISHED. I STAY ALONE AND I NEVER COOK WHEN I GET HOME & I GET HOME LATE THEN STRAIGHT TO BED. MY NEIGHBOUR BOUGHT FOR R200 SHE GOT 86.66 UNITS YET I GOT 76.6 UNITS, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT URGENTLY PEOPLE CANNOT AFFORD THIS TARIFF THAT TRIPLE M IS GIVING US WE'D RATHER GO BACK TO USING THE LAST ONE THAT WE USED CALLED IKHWEZI. CAN TRIPLE M DO SOMETHING ABT THIS SOON AND FIND A RECEPTIONIST THAT IS NOT RUDE WHEN WE CALL HER AND ASK FOR ELAINE COZ ELAINE IS NEVER AROUND AND WELL WE GAVE UP CALLING HER ON HER CELLPHONE.
