Pay with eft to recharge not successful

Phone santal to give me instructions on how to add my account to pay with eft. i Did the transfer successfully of R300. Phoned Sanral to confirm is this was done correct, 2 said its wrong 1 said its correct the other said don't know and got transferd. my account got update like sanral said after 48 hours with R75 and not R300. sanral can still not tell me what happened to the rest of the R225. it gone missing.
