Gives email and cell phone number to make appointments yet responds to neither. Eventually get a "Hey, am full can help in January" via sms! Try again in January to make appointments, have a delivery receipt for email, have to follow up by sms and get yet another sms, "Sorry, didn't get email..."
Difficult to understand how one runs a business when phone calls, emails and text messages are not a successful means of communication.
