STILL sms'ing someone else's account!

I am NOT a SANRAL customer!
After informing Sanral that their reference 1312264766 is being sent to the wrong mobile number, AND providing the CORRECT number to them, they continue to send me the escalating accounts.

UNACCEPTABLE!
